All booking requests must be reviewed and approved. Your date is officially secured once your request is approved and the required deposit has been paid.

No. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your date and does not go toward your final payment.

If you need to reschedule, your existing deposit will transfer to your new date, subject to availability. A second deposit will not be required.

Invoices will be sent for your deposit and final payment. Your remaining balance is due no later than the dat after your session. If payment is not received by the end of that day, your photos will not be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Photos are typically delivered by next day. Please allow up to three days for delivery. Final images will not be delivered until your outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time, and your session will still end at its originally scheduled time. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and applicable studio policies.

Additional event coverage must be approved by the photographer and is subject to availability. Overtime is charged at $25 per additional 30 minutes or $50 per additional hour. Any additional charges will be added to your final invoice. Event coverage begins and ends at the times agreed upon at booking, regardless of delays or the arrival time of the guest of honor.
